Carol Vorderman showed her playful side when she joined a host of other celebrities in taking on the #MeAt20 photo challenge on social media on Friday, which sees people sharing throwback snaps of themselves aged 20.
The 59-year-old took great delight in sharing a graduation snap of herself as she mocked her ‘very bad perm.’
She captioned the image with the words: ‘Graduating age 20. 1981. Engineering. Cambridge Uni. ‘VERY bad perm. Inspired by Deirdre Barlow, John Bon Jovi with a hint of Cher #MeAt20.’

Comedian Julian Clary, now aged 60 shared one of his acting head shots from 40 years ago, which was in black and white.
He wrote: ‘#MeAt20 seems to be a thing. So here I am. The word “singer” was used loosely back then.’
Another celebrity to also get in on the act was Piers Morgan who also shared a snap of himself aged 20. The young Piers, now 55, is standing over a bay wearing a T-shirt and a pair of short shorts with red lip prints.
Cricketer Andrew Flintoff took the opportunity to poke fun at his friend’s questionable fashion choice, joking: ‘Wow, that is where a set of lips should be nowhere near.’

Piers retweeted the comment from the Top Gear presenter, as well as others comparing him to Mark Zuckerberg and Neil from the Inbetweeners.

In the Instagram post, the young Piers is standing alongside his friend Robin McGibbon, a journalist and author.
He captioned the image: ‘Me at 20 with my oldest journalist mate @robinmcgibbon – you’d never believe we both went on to write books about boy bands.’
