MasterChef fans gush over Gordon Ramsay working in the kitchen

MasterChef fans were treated to a ‘masterclass’ in cooking during Thursday’s episode, when guest judge Gordon Ramsay took to the kitchen.

The 53-year-old celebrity chef led a cooking challenge with contestants Callum Hann, Sarah Clare and Lynton Tapp.

As the overwhelmed contestants struggled to keep up with the masterful chef, viewers of the show were left awestruck by Gordon’s expertise. 

‘Watching Gordon Ramsay cook is crazy,’ commented one fan on Twitter, while another remarked, ‘Gordon is a magician.’

Added another: ‘I just want to watch Gordon Ramsay. Everyone else can leave, thanks.’

One viewer described it as a ‘masterclass’, while another person praised his ‘ninja knife skills’.

‘I blinked and Gordon had filleted his fish. That’s mad,’ tweeted one astonished viewer, while another wrote, ‘Gordon can filet a fish faster than I can open a tin of tuna.’

As the contestants grew increasingly flustered trying to keep up with the skilful chef, one viewer urged them to cut themselves some slack.  

‘To be fair, it isn’t as easy as Gordon makes it look,’ wrote one fan.

Others were impressed by how effortless he made it all seem, praising his perfect ‘precision’ while chopping a capsicum. 

‘I find it sexy as hell that Gordon knows exactly how much two tsp [teaspoons] of oil and vinegar is without measuring,’ wrote one adoring fan.   

‘Said it before and will say it again, highly professional, strict but supportive Gordon Ramsay is extremely good viewing. Much more interesting than the snarling caricature people think of him as always being,’ summed up another.
