And Holly Hagan took to her Instagram on Monday to showcase her phenomenal transformation while wearing nothing but white underwear.  

The Geordie Shore star, 27, looked sensational in the very cheeky boomerang where she told fans she no longer feels ‘trapped’ by diet culture.

The beauty piled her straight blonde locks into a half up, half down style for the post. 

She wrote: ‘Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! I spent mine eating the best Sunday dinner and school sponge cake.

‘I’m so pleased I’ve learnt how to not be restrictive with my food and can enjoy everything in moderation and still see results.

‘Knowledge is power and I’m learning more about nutrition every day. I don’t feel trapped by diet culture anymore and honestly it’s a weight off my shoulders.

‘I still have a long way to go and so many more fitness goals to hit but I feel confident that I’ll get there… The picture on the left isn’t bad but my lifestyle at the time was.

‘3 takeaways a week, zero exercise and by zero I mean literally walking to the fridge and back… my mental health was bad, I struggled to sleep, I had anxiety and zero motivation to do anything.

‘I can’t believe I can now do full press-ups, lift heavy weights and feel confident in any gym. What shocked me the most is that I’ve done all this eating CARBS! so many carbs!! Daily pancakes and cocopops, potatoes, rice EVERYTHING!
