She previously said she is planning to take time off from training and eat ‘bad food’ during the coronavirus pandemic, but decided to kick-start her fitness routine on Friday.

And Chloe Ferry was delighted on Monday as she took to Instagram to show the outline of her abs as she celebrated losing 5lbs in just two days. 

The Geordie Shore star, 24, slipped into lingerie to showcase her physique ahead of her two home work out sessions and said: ‘I’ve woke up this morning with the outlines for the abs’.

Chloe then proceeded to weigh herself and say: ‘Im 9 stone 12lbs, last night I was 9stone 13lbs. Woo’.   

Since Friday, the television personality has been recording her weight each day, and has lost five pounds since her first weigh-in 10stone 3lbs.

Weight tends to fluctuate, on average, between 2 to 4 pounds throughout the day.  

The reality star then shared some clips of herself doing various exercises.

It comes after Chloe confessed until recently, she had been training daily, but plans to give herself some time off amid the coronavirus pandemic and eat ‘bad food.’

She said: ‘The last couple of months, I have been training every day and I’ve lost a lot of weight. 

‘Obviously with everything that’s going on and stuff, the gym is closing and people will obviously train in their house or the garden.

‘But I don’t think I am going to. I am actually enjoying eating bad every single night.’

Chloe revealed she suffers from a slow metabolism and usually cuts out carb-heavy, stodgy food like bread in order to stay in shape. 

‘Listen, watch how quickly I put weight on. I can look at a bit of bread and then I’m five pounds up. 

‘I don’t think I am going to train much to be honest. I’m just going to eat lots of bad food.

‘The thing for me is, I lose weight quick, but i put it on quick. In a week’s time, I will show you the difference of how I look.’
