Countryside Properties’ boss, who only took on the top job this month, has been awarded shares worth £1million at current prices.
Iain McPherson, 46, will receive 215,266 performance-related shares in January 2023 if he and the housebuilder and urban regeneration group – where he has worked for more than five years – hit a number of targets.
